[.85 Dialogue Bug] Strange meeting message using numbers instead of words.

Some of my scouts met Tarth for the first time and the dialogue was confusing:

"We have 536870912. You have -1610612736. ..."

I just got this same error. I met Gilden, and he said we have 1073741824, you have 1610612736. Something to laugh about.. or cry about..

I am sure this is the same bug stated as fix in the post above.
