Hi, I'm loving the game so far, here are some bugs I've encountered while playing:
Crash Bug: Pressing "e" (equip) on my non-champion units causes the game to crash.
Tactical: AI sometimes moves across the tactical map, stops next to someone, then doesn't attack. This isn't because a unit has a damage shield or retaliation, it just doesn't attack.
Units exiting large cities often choose poor locations to start the trip (e.g. on the far side of the city, then try to go around the city)
Units cannot travel through full cities - this might be deliberate, but it's a pain when cities grow large and are garrisoned
Multiple caravans on one road doesn't work very well - often one road will be multiple types and it doesn't look good. Individual segments should count up the number of times traveled independently.
Shift-clicking multiple units in cities - the mouse doesn't move smoothly when holding shift after selecting a unit. This makes selecting an entire army in a city painful. [Enhancement] Allow a ctrl-a to select all?
Player units cannot directly move onto a location with an enemy caravan in it - this often causes poor pathing around a caravan on a road when the caravan isn't noticed and you set a path far away
Magic / Item effects that increase movement don't apply after loading the game or leaving a city until the following turn
Magic / Item effects that increase movement don't apply to a unit on the turn following it joining the army with the item / enchantment
A Double Strike kill causes the +3 hp item to go off twice
My champion with a Maul weapon causes 5-10 second pauses before and after attacking
Double Strike doesn't proc Maul (might not be a bug)
