1.20a issue. I'm going to run the guantlet of DX errors, here goes!

I started up a fresh new game and am testing UDF v0.21 along with 1.20a. Anyhow, I had two inns. One was the rat quest. While on the rat quest, I went to the other inn first but nothing happened. So I completed the rat's quest, then went back to the 2nd inn to start a quest. Won't do anything. I assume the rat's quest is tied to both inns thus leaving one inn inoperable due to the complete quest.

Shouldn't the inns spawn different starting quests to avoid double the trouble?
