Quoting AlLanMandragoran, reply 7Thanks Lord Cobol. I actually had the Oct '10 drivers up until about a month ago. Was experiencing the same problem with the old drivers. I fear if I downgrade CodeCritter will yell at me to update to new drivers and then post again.
If you haven't already, feel free to try different drivers if you're not opposed to spending the time on it. This sort of problem is often an issue with the driver itself (nVidia's drivers were broken across the board for a few months after Vista's release with the same issue, for example).
Thanks, Kryo. Any help or advice you guys can give is much appreciated. If I stay off the cloth map I can avoid the problems but navigating the world using the 3d map is cumbersome. I've noticed it happens within the transition between 3d/cloth and there appear to be particular locations on each map will always cause issues (i.e. once it happens I can reliably force an error by just moving the cloth map around that area).
