Can't load game

When i attempt to install Elemental war of magic I get "error" The instalaware wizard for Elemental war of magic has failed: "fatal error during instalation" please chech your settings and try again.  I have tried several tmes to load it and have been unable.  I loaded it on my my laptop with no problem and downloaded the update.  Both my computers are running 64bit versions of windows 7.  I don't see any settings choice other than choice of disk drive.

I had similar problem I think. Can't remember the exact error.

Not to state the obvious, but can you install it from Impulse. I had to do that. I think I went into impulse, put in my id number, then downloaded it. Can't remember exact steps. I am sure you can figure it out though, wasn't too hard.
