[1.08.37] CTD when enter cartography table twice

since beta 4 (with the minor exception of 1.08.00 when I could not find the maps to edit) when I enter the cartography table, load a map, create the thumbnail or edit the map & save it, then exit the cartography table, the re-enter the cartography table it invariably crashes to desktop on all the computers that elemental is installed on.

I have noticed a similar effect with the other modding tools that are included also.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post it via drop.io.

kyro I have just carried out the steps outlined in the OP on three of my elemental installed machines twowinxp sp3 x86

nvidea geforce 7600gs,

the second geforce 8800gt,

the third a win7 x64 ati 5850 machine

zips of the crash were created on all added the dxdiags to the files.

I had posted an outline of the exact steps to reproduce the problem as the same steps will on all of my computers cause the same type of crash, and it is reasonable to assume that less computer literate users would do the same and have the same problems.
