current notable location

hello i enjoy the game im french speaking english a bit is something that i do not understand in the game is the level of current notable location how to raise it because when i m on a spot to explore a dungeon for exemple it said to me that my current notable location is 1 and i need 2

You need to advance in the 'Adventure' technology branch (for kingdom factions) or the 'Domination' technology branch for Fallen factions.
