I LIKE the graphics of Elemental and its "feel" .....

After reading reviews, I just felt the need to state that I like the overall artistic feel of Elemental.  I like how the terrain changes with the Kingdom or the Empire to either a green fertile land or an oppressed waste.... I like the rather graphic-novel style approach to monsters .... just a need to state that aesthetically I like the game quite a bit so I hope the devs will leave that untouched.

The artistic feel is about the best thing Elemental has going for it, right now, so I shouldn't worry. I am betting it's pretty much the bottom of their mind-boggling to do list.

In still pictures I agree it looks good, if sometimes a bit desolate. I'm not so sure about the animation though.

It's hit and miss really.  The stuff on the tactical screen looks decent (although as said, animations are strange at best).  The 'ragdoll' stuff in the designer is a joke and really looks poor IMHO.

I don't like the graphics - the world feels empty, the units look like "random guys" (or gals), not like powerful warriors. The part that I like most are the cities.

It's good that at least the "stylized lighting" can be turned off - it hurts my eyes.

Edit: Anyone else noticed that the city HUD is kind of blurry?
