I love this terribly buggy mess: underneath there is a great game 
The worst bug for me:
When you buy a team of units or groups made out of more men, once they get hurt (lose units), instead then regenerating (recruite more units), while staying inside one's territory they lose more and more men until the whole group is reduced to one! Really nobody noticed that???
That is messing up the real feel of the game to the point that even the AI sometimes can be seen running around its territory with stacks made out of one man units. probably they armies would be overgrown by turn 300 but instead it wastes lots of money in groups that are soon going to be reduced to nothing
I have no idea what the gameplay will feel like once this one gets fixed!

Very hard at this point to make a bug list without getting paid 
I used to do that as a job ahah!
Anyway once that gets fixed the game will be playable at least, my first army of 9 trolls costed all my money and was reduced to one unit just because one of them was killed.
Another few annoying or just random bugs:
1 Bad memory leak (vista 64 Geforce 8800GTS) "out of memory" message and CTD when playing for a long time
2 As soon as you conquer a city the territory is not immediately updated as yours unless you save the game and reload the save. (no bonuses, impossible to buy from the store etc...)
3 Ring of fortitude has no image
4 Cannot teleport from or inside a city
5 Similar units in groups don't get their description refreshed while going from one to the next (their description doesn't need that but they might have different stats some of them being hurt and such)
6 Clicking "TRAIN" on trolls in train army list doesn't work, must double click on image instead (can't reproduce the bugs, later worked again)
7 Magnar peasants are actually Troggs (i kind of like it is but probably an error)
8 When you rename a city the name is not updated in the cloth map until you reload the game
9 Description in Army editor doesn't get saved unless you save the new Army WHILE BEING in the description page (I am talking about the factionr creator outside the actual game)
10) Dead summoned creatures (minor fire elemental) don't get dispelled automatically when they die instead one has to manually dispel them
11 Imbued Champions can't always teleport (is teleport supposed to misfire?)
12 Sovreign (and imbued champions?) has cast spell button removed randomly from its book when trying to cast a spell (maybe I am missing somethng?)
13 dispel a summoned unit (in this case a unit who is already dead) eats up 2 (all?) movement points (is is supposed to use action points?)
14 When a unit ends its movement on another they both get 0 movement points VERY ANNOYING!! The other one should be able to move on its own if he wanted to
15 My sovreign ADVENTURER and ORGANIZED could speed up his whole army only until recently, now he gets his 7 movement points only if he is alone.
NOTE: LOTS OF THINGS ARE WEIRD WHEN THE GAME IS SAVED THEN RELOADED -> PLAYERS GET EXTRA MONEY, SOVREIGNS WITH EXTRA MOVEMENT POINTS DUE TO ADVENTURER ABILITY ARE RESET TO JUST TWO POINTS, WHEN SAVING RIGHT AFTER CONQUERING A CITY THE TERRITORY IS CORRECTLY RESET TO ITS NEW OWNER...
... and many many many many more, but I love the game.
A roster of hero is much needed, once they are in ciity I always lose track of where they are, at least their dot next to the city list on the left of the UI could be yellow instead then red)
