When I try to read Terms and condition in upload a mod section, they appear in Chinese. I did spend some years here and use my impulse account in china, but I'm no enough fluent in chinese to read terms and conditions...
The encoding on the file got messed up(ANSI vs Unicode). It'll be fixed in the next update.
