Yeah, I noticed this aswell. Looks like it's persistent too; Janusk still has Miramous' portrait even after saving the game, exiting and loading the savegame.
Although it's not a real gamebreaker I hope this can be fixed quite soon-ish because it does break the gameplay a bit.
