[1.06][CTD] Game crashes when I try to Imbue Champion

I was trying to cast Imbue Champion on my new Hero but every time I do the game crashes after I hit the "Yes" button on the this cost essence are you sure you want to do it pop-up. At first I thought it was a typical memory leak crash so I simply restarted. Lucky auto save was right before it happen so I tried again and the same thing happened, crash to desktop.

Normally the memory leak crashes don't produce the crash zip so I didn't check when it crash the first time. So there is only the debug.err file from the last crash but both crash files are there and the save game right before it happens. Just imbue the hero near the SOV's stack.

EDIT: I was able to Imbue that first advisor Hero you get (J something). But this is the 2nd hero I'm trying to Imbue that it crashes on in case that matters.

Did you have several enchantments active such that imbuing would drop you below the needed essence to maintain them?

I did have several Enchantments up. I was not aware that your essence determined enchantment limit. Since I usually increase essence when I level up I thought the limit was tied to level. I'm not sure if casting the Imbue would have taken me below the limit because I don't know how much essence is needed per enchantment to maintain them.

Also later in that game I was able to Imbue heroes again but then after Imbuing two it would crash again when I tried to Imbue another. Didn't seem to matter what hero I tried it on it would crash. I did seem like it was tied to some lower limit on my Mana/Essence total. So the enchantment thing could of been it since I had several summons.

By the way how much Essence is need per enchantment slot?

I have exactly the same problem, I was able to Imbue that first advisor Hero but with the second hero the game crashed.

Also i have a lots of enchantments up and i also like to know how much Essence is needed per enchantment slot?
