[BUG] Stuck at moving loading screen

My problem:

moving loading screen

So if I start a new game I get stuck here after the loading screen tip goes away. If I try to load a game, it happens again. The only thing I can do is exit the game by alt+f4.

Pressing any key does nothing.

Before this I could play without any hiccups or slow downs, the animation was always smooth and quick.

I tried playing earlier today and received the same problem. I can create a custom Kingdom and Sovereign but cannot play the game. Every time I try to start one I get stuck on the moving picture. I even tried leaving my computer with it for an hour to see if it was just loading slowly. Only keystrokes that seem to make a difference are alt-tab and ctrl-f4. Any help would be nice.
