Everytime I try to scroll down in the campain after this one point I crash.  Not sure why, but I'm not far into the game.  Just after I founded my capital.

There is no other files generated by this CTD as I get the standard Program is not working dialog from windows.

Edit: I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to happen when I try to view my capital after a building is completed off screen.

Reedit: Well I'm pretty sure now, whenever I try to view my town after it's updated something off screen, or view a unit that had it's status change while it was off screen Windows claims the game stopped working.

Using Windows 7 64-bit, Nvidia Geforce 285.
