units not regaining action points at the start of a new turn in tactical combat

During on of my tactical combats my units didn't regain new action points so in the end I ended up being a sitting duck since my enemy did regain theirs. I think I might have seen the computer having the same problem in a other match. Have the 1.05 patch installled. ( Oh alt tabbed during the combat so the game crashed I'll include the debug and zip file ).

 You are not the only one,with the problem at least, and i still get CTDs all the time.Elemental is an unplayable mess atm.

seem to be able to reproduce the bug everytime I attack neutral town close to my souvreign. will include save game and zip file. Game crashed after being defeated en trying to reload.

this is from a game started before the 1.01 patch, had the crash on end turn, that seems solved but now I get the no action points everytime I try and fight the neutral town, patch 1.05 is installed

Seems to be due to 0 morale, though I'm not sure what could cause that offhand.

I've gotten this issue with 6-12 morale as well (The standard amount my sovereign's army has in battle. He has all the negative morale traits) So....I take it this is supposed to happen with low morale?  I tried to ask in another thread and got no reply.

hmm you're right, morale does seem to be 0 at the start of the combat, hadn't noticed that yet, Still makes me wonder why it's 0.

I had that problem when my sov had the Creuwl trait, like it was giving me the morale penility *again* every fight.
