Random crashes, mostly after hitting the end turn button

Having rcrashes af a random nr of turns, mostly after hitting the end turn button. Game crashes to windows with the message that the game stopped working. Have the 1.01 patch installed and is seems ( but can't give concrete facts to prove it) to be happening more often since the patch.

I'm having the exact same problem...though it MAY be a 64-bit issue.

I guess wait until the actual day-0 patch and see how that works

Update: seems it might be related to the auto save, having loaded it a couple of times I keep crashing at turn 233. When I load a different save I am able to get past that turn but then it locks up at turn 234. Seems I can only play about 2 turns at this moment in the game

this is the 4`th or fifth crash in a row. In the morning i could play without many crashes and ussualy not related to end turn button push

Actually having the same issue. I loaded up a saved game from last night, it has crashed on me for the 7th time 2 turns later. I've tried everything from changing my graphics settings to downloading difrent drivers. Anyone with some solution would be great.

More of the same problems, but this time with a different game on a diverent computer with windows 7 64 and an ati video chart, Game run without major problems untill around turn 260 after that the random crashes started to occur, becoming increasingly frequent. At the end only able to do a couple of turns before it started to crash to desktop
