[.98b.085][Crash] On hitting next turn..OOM

I just hit next turn, then I got Out Of Memory error. It didn't generate a zip file, but created these two dmp files. I also included the debug.err.

AMD Athlon II X3 2.7Ghz

Win 7 64bit

Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT

3Gigs of RAM
