[Beta3C] [Crash] When starting new game

It was actually in the middle of another game, and I decided to start over. CTD. Here's all the info.

So far it seems WAY more stable and faster. Although I noticed for empires, after researching armies, raids, etc, i still only biuld one troop at a time.
