[3c][bug/interface] Unable to build any improvement after loading game

All improvements gone from the building menu. Destroying old improvement does not help. Researching new improvements does not help.

 

Edit: Possible fix (worked for me)

Serious game-breaking bug!  It may well be related to:

(Anyway, I think you may well need to provide a fix for this one.  It's pretty serious.)

Building new towns also does not help. Old buildings queued to be built stays in queue.

Try restarting the game before loading a save, rather than doing it in the same session as another game.

Is this in a old game or a new game...and if old game, does starting a new one fix it? (or going from what kyro posted while i was posting....does restarting the game and starting a new game fix it:P)

I did a restart  of game launched from impulse then was able to build again... not sure if impulse was the trick or not at this time...

just finished test from launching from desktop icon ... I was able to build.. so load through impulse make no diffidence..

secnario was game got sluggish during battle exited out after battle over.. reload and could not build got this message.. "can't build: harvesting this resource requires additional technology." then exited and reload through impulse game was working again.. exited game and restarted from desktop icon and game still worked fine..  here is save file though not sure will help now...

Confirmed. Loading the bad save, then saving, then reloading the new save appears to fix the problem.

Yes, maybe this should be stickied.  (It seems funny how you load a save, then it stuffs up, then you save and load again, and it un-stuffs up.  Weird. )

Ironically I still cant build on one resource "Wargs" (multiple crashes and reloads later still no go) however all others so far are fine.. I am looking for horse to try to build on to see if that is fubar oh and for the record I have researched mounted warfare but that should have made no difference and did not.

I can build on horse herds as non-empire, but I can't build on warg farms. I think maybe horse/warg is for different factions?

well i can still buy them for heroes.. so if this is the case it seems we have a disconnect there...

I have the same problem with being unable to build after saving the game.  

In addition even if I don't save you eventually become unable to build - even after you are well into the technology tree.    I still have unused resources but the improvements don't show up in the options - not even as greyed out ones for which you lack some requirement.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have the same problem with being unable to build after saving the game.

Make sure you're updated. We pushed a minor update to 3C around 10pm EDT last night to resolve this.
