custom sov full screen out of memory error

started a new game set to full screen on i7 w764bit dual screen system, custom sov, multiple continents played 60 turns received out of memory error (working set 1,625,192k) zip file 0 bytes

note when NOT full screen the out of memory errors tend to happen about turn 250+

created rar with dmp,err saves & dxdiags
