[Beta3A][Gameplay bug]Conquering enemy city with enemy sovereign inside

Here's a screenshot of the issue:

I just attacked (and conquered) the city.

Now there are MANY weird things here, as shown in the screenshot:

1) Enemy units are still in the city, here asiariliih (what a name...) and a pioneer. She should be dead. I mean, I attacked her and took the city, what's she doing there with her fellow pioneer?

2) Why can I give her orders? I mean, it's weird to say the least. She has my icon instead of Magnar's but... Where does she come from?

3) The fact she's written with 'sovereign' makes me believe she is/was the sovereign of some place. But no, my enemy is Magnar, not her. She might have been Magnar's wife? What is this dude? Where does she come from?

4) All those nice buildings. I can't build them but they remain and still have an effect. I see a BIG problem here. What happens to empire buildings when you take them over? They stay. This means, in MP, it will probably be a good idea to "trade" cities with neighbours if you can just in order to get special buildings. This may also be true between Kingdoms with different strengths, but really, it's unsettling. Those buildings shouldn't be USABLE by Kingdoms. I should have to raze them and replace them with something useful, or they should turn into something Kingdoms build naturally.

1) 2) 3) When I took over a city in Beta 3 0.805, I captured a similar character but I was able to give her orders and utilize her as a champion after that. I theorized that she was the spouse of the enemy sovereign or one of the children. I know that children are listed as sovereign's as their character type.

4) It would be interesting if you could go through a process of assimilation where the buildings go through stages and finally appear like your own cities. Either that or they have a "hybrid" look where the base portion of the buildings are still identifiably Empire/Kingdom and then look like someone tried to modify them over time to match the opposing types architecture and utilization.

I've never been a fan of taking over a city in any sort of game and suddenly being able to produce enemy troops. Maybe you can spend a certain amount of gil to "re-purpose" a building (like a barracks) to produce your units. They could take on the "hybrid" look after this re-purposing has occurred. You could also make this process happen naturally over a period of time/turns where after say 20 turns or something depending on how "loyal" a city was to its previous sovereign, they would convert to your faction type's production buildings, etc.
