[.806][Crash] CTD after exiting

Exited. It went back to my desktop normally and went off the taskbar, while doing its normal CPU 100% busy thing for a while (not my favorite feature, BTW). Then it crashed.

No new crash zip file.

debug.err at http://pastebin.ca/1897648 except that I had to delete a bunch to make it small enough to upload. Kept the dxdiag info at the front and the 2nd half of the rest.

Application event viewer didn't have anything, but system event viewer said
