[0.299][BUG][INTERFACE]Diplomacy window re-initiates immidiately after closing

The opposing nation will put up a dialog with three options. Selecting the third option simply brings the dialog back up, and going through the diplomacy options will eventually return you to that dialog. Clicking many, many times will eventually get through it.

Confirmed here as well. The first time it happened to me, it took many many clicks to exit.

Since Diplomacy is yet to function anyways, there is no reason to drill in. I simply go to War.
