[0.299][Lock-up]When trying to load a saved game

I've reported a problem like this already, but I guess reporting it again won't hurt anyone.

Ok, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Elemental [as John advised], and started a new game. I saved my game, and when I tried to reload it, I had a lock-up on the first try.

I managed to load the saved game on the second try.

Yeah, successfully reloading a saved game is very random. Weird...Now I couldn't reloaded the same save in 3 tries...and managed to load it on the 4th.

I've noticed this same thing.  It seems to me that the longer I play, the less likely a saved game is to load.  However, if I restart my computer they almost always load.  Sometimes they take a good five minutes or more though.
