Situation: move the mouse over the border of one resource or city.
Expected result: infocard with all the text and graphics in its place inside it.
What really happens: if you mouse over the very border of it, the text of the resources floats to the upper left corner and the icons of the city appear in the upper part of the card instead of the lower one. (pity of no cursor on screen, sorry; grid on screen helps to test it as you can use it as reference)
