Situation: Load a game and check one of my two cities. The one to the south.
Expected result: the dotted line of the city should include all the buildings of the city.
What really happened: some of the buildings, including the Palace, were not considered part of it (at least visually?).
I include savegame: manco02.EleSav. (And if you check the north city, I cannot build one crystal there. Consider this a 2x1.
