My MSi GT780DXR gaming laptop came with two 750GB HDD SATA2 in raid0 for a total capacity of 1.5TB. I decided to upgrade these to two 1TB hybrid solid state SSHD (Seagate ST1000LM014) SATA3 running in raid1. I had been using Casper 7.0 cloning software for backup on an external USB3 1.5TB HDD. Casper does incremental updates which might take 10 minutes or a couple of hours depending upon how busy the defrag has been. The beauty of Casper is that the clone is incremental and bootable.

I have a very similar problem on Windows 7 x64. All windows except Oracle's VirtualBox appear to skin properly. However, VirtualBox has a transparent title bar and window frame. The Close, Maximize and Minimize buttons are invisible, but do work. I tried many other skins, but the problem persists. I have submitted a support request (PUF-428-16127).

I guess you are never to old to learn something new even when I am 66. I uploaded a pic showing the issue with VirtualBox. The background window is Chrome with the Vintage Tiffany blind. The foreground window is the VirtualBox manager (4.2.14). Notice that the title bar is transparent and shows the background text. I just uncovered an issue with WB8. The window frame components of Oracle VirtualBox Manager and virtual machines windows are not being displayed. These components are completely transparent, but the close, minimize and maximize controls work. I tried several different skins and they all had transparent frames. This may have already been reported here, but FreeCell and Minesweeper open windows that are really tiny. If I grab the side or bottom, the window immediately expands to a usable size. If I unload WB (7.95), then the windows open properly. When I restart WB, the problem is back. I never saw this with the previous versions of WB. Thanks Jafo for your response. Did the Windows Upgrade Assistant (WUA) claim that Terra Nova would run under Windows 8? I have no problem with Morrowind running under Windows 7, but the WUA states that it is incompatible with Windows 8. Since it is very unlikely that Bethesda would release a Morrowind update for Windows 8, I am unwilling to even try to upgrade.
