I use omega 4.3 (a derivitive of catalyst 4.3) and I notice no bad skinning.

I run windowblinds with a p4, radeon mobility 7500 w/ 32mb, and 512 mb mem. I notice little difference between windowblinds and the patch uxtheme. The only difference I notice is with some wb skins running better than ustheme ones.

I don't think this should be a sticky thread. It isn't vitally important and mostly affects those who can rate. Most of the people that can rate have an understanding about ratings, and those thay don't understand can always ask. Additionally if those that can rate already do or don't give a flying rats ass. While good in intent I don't think this thread will make non-voters convert. Lastly I dislike sticky threads and wish that there were less than there are now.
