Looks great Impinc. I know your focus is Armor but one Unique feature I don't think has been exploited yet is Shields. Even the Bow Weilders could carry one on their back. Is there even a Shield Skin file? Wintersong has created a total boat load of Crests that would transfer over with ease I suppose.

Yes, the current 6 HP Heal spell is very weak considering how long it takes to get (18 turns after selection?) or some nonsense. This would be a great early supplement Heal/Protect spell even if lasted only 2 turns and gave back 50% of a weakened SoV's HP. Beats having to run home all the time, and hoping to make it or spend 5 turns and whatever other penalty (forget) that is applied after a death. A SoV needs to b
Look great. I like the Shelter Hero idea for the Hands Spell as well. It could be cast and as long as the Sov remains in place it stays also (that is doable right?) Then I could see us asking Magog to take a shot at a cool animation for that one as well.

Swords work indeed. Might suggest increasing their size up one scale tick and move them in to compensate if the hilts stick out. With the tips obscured as is, should not affect the over all look. For the garrison, if you could get the 2 spiked wheels to rotate (somehow) that would look very cool. Apologies for my tardiness with the LS cores. I hope to get to them
Does "The Game" include the Modding Tools that are also on the opening Menu screen when one speaks of Stability? If not, well perhaps things are better, if it does, then there are indeed stability issues, and they have yet to be addressed to a point of satisfaction, be it a Beta version in play or otherwise.
