first off you need to have SysMetrix installed ......download here http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/download.html ...if you already have SysMetrix then just extract the .zip file into the c:/program files/SysMetrix/Themes [Message Edited]

May I reccommend ObjectDesktop found here https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/ ...you will not be sorry You get all of these https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/features.asp IconPackager and WB alone is worth the price of ObjectDesktop....
you should now have a file in your WindowBlinds folder c:/program files/stardock/windowblinds it will be the "nameofskin.wba" double click on it

Extract it into C:Program Files/WinCustomize/LogonStudio ...Then open your LogonStudio, It should be there. :0) Hope that helps
