I just recently submitted a wall that is IMO clean but simple to go with my WindowBlind, not even 30 minutes later it was already rejected...I don't know, maybe the Wall section is for only what the Mod's like. What don't make sense is the Logon I just recently submitted, made it through....It has the same graphics as my Wallpaper...hmmmm ....but to answer your question, Myself lik

Hate to bring this up, but I'm having the same problems. I have never had this problem before. I am using the same folder and changed the name several times, still no new image...even tried the image that was working before, same thing...Now I have no desktop image.
Not sure...but I tried Starskin just because I'm a download freak, and I had to get rid of it quickly (too many bugs)...Maybe the reason is behind Starskin. In my opinion, lose Style XP and Starskin and only use WindowBlinds. You will then see the logoff/shutdown dialog skinned, according to the theme of course.

I have windowblinds 4.2 and it is only running 1968k....not too bad....I also have y'z toolbar and it runs more! Keep WindowBlinds Keep IconPackager toss desktopX...Memory hog toss objectbar...unstable I recommend Object Desktop and you can pick and choose at anytime...I have it and everything is fast pace here. One year with all the updates...you can't lose. )

I had AOL 9.0 and it skinned fine...however there is no way to change the toolbar for AOL... ...thats funny ChasUGC, 8 would not skin for me, but 9 would...hmmm maybe AOL is EVIL...hehe
