Even if the dump file is blank, there should still be a debug.err in My Documents\My Games\Elemental as that is rewritten each time you start the game and added to as it runs.

In order to teleport, the caster needs to be the leader of his stack (or alone) and the target tile needs to be in your territory. Is it still not working if these are the case?

Did you have several enchantments active such that imbuing would drop you below the needed essence to maintain them?

Is your sovereign unarmed?
Which difficulty setting in particular were they set to?
Are you using any mods?
How is your performance without stacking jewelry for near-unlimited sight range?
