We have replaced some lost shipments already, so if you do believe that to have happened, you'll want to contact sales about it at that point.
It may not be the cause, but try updating your video drivers--yours are from early 2009. If the OEM and nVidia don't have anything newer, check laptopvideo2go.com.
All issue reports are collected and passed on to the devs.
Units spawning after the autosave fires off should be resolved in the next update.
Yep, it is intended that cities cost 0 moves to pass through.
I love, by the way, the interactive feel of this support thread. It really feels the devs care about my problem; what with the quick replies and all.
At the moment, there's not much we can do in the forums to address OOM issues, beyond prompting for data if it's not provided. It's something that will probably be improved through successive updates. The large address header patch will improve your longevity if you're on a 64bit system, as the game itself is only
Generally stuck turns are caused by units on autoexplore that are not using up their moves. Boats seem particularly prone to this. Checking any unmoved units (yellow outlined in the list at the left of the screen) and using up their moves should allow you to continue.

You may need to remove the data.zip and run the game with the /createxmlbinary switch. Note that doing that will cause an extremely long load time while it's processing, so be sure to let it finish. Also make sure that the use localized data option is on.

Try updating your video drivers, they're more than a year old.
Brad has already addressed this subject at length in this thread . As others have said, layoffs are not the same as firing. It's an unfortunate situation but there's nothing to be gained by bringing it up again.
If you believe your package may have been lost in transit, please contact to investigate and/or have a replacement shipped if need be.
and seeing as how you brought up playing a pirated copy...you will be lucky to not be banned...
If he's bought the game now, it really doesn't matter what he did previously. That doesn't mean we like it, but it's in the past.
If you're playing the campaign, campaign saves appear on the campaign screen. The normal load screen is only for sandbox saves.
All that being said, I decided - based on Stardock's own principles - to request a refund. That was on Tuesday. I have not touched the game since Monday. I have not heard back from Stardock other than that a support incident has been opened.
Make certain to check your spam filters to ensure that any response hasn't been discarded. Support/sales may also be a bit backed up due to the previous holiday weekend. In any case, please direct all concerns on this subjec
Sorry but your video card does not meet the game's minimum requirements. The listed requirement is a Radeon x1600, though the game may work (slowly) on any that at least supports DirectX 9.0c. As the 9250 is only a DirectX 8 card, it just can't handle it. You will need to upgrade or play on a different machine.
Overland map tiles can have bonuses as well. You can toggle the window using the button just above that's lit up in your image.
This is still issue in my game, started with 1.06 patch (now playing with 1.07).
Savegames store the xml data from the time of creation, so patch xml changes will not appear unless you start a new game.
The box right above "Load Game" is blank.
The continue button only lights up if you're at the main menu via Esc while a map is running. Without more info about what error you got though, it's hard to say much about what might have happened.
Manuals have to go to print well in advance of the actual gold version of the game, so sometimes things can change after that point. Multiplayer will support up to 16 players. Map options were changed late in development in favor of seeded maps as the fractal generator did not provide very balanced starts. But it's something we may revisit as time goes on.
did not know that i will try (do not have it but nowing me i probly missted it) in the mean time i found this thread is it still the same with 1.07?
I don't believe that's been addressed yet, so that could be what you're running into.
Check the hiergamenon page for the city, then the gold production. It should show just what bonuses are coming into play to arrive at that number.
The fallen army is the one with the dragon in it. The campaign should end after that.
