I found office 365 for a $40 promo for a year, and I've upgraded to Office 16, which doesn't seem too different from office 2013. While I use Word constantly, I think my favorite Office product is Outlook. It is by far the best email client IMO. That alone is reason for me not to use Libre Office. I use powerpoint, excel and onenote but not as often as the other two.

I'm excited about it. I currently backed it at the $25 level; however, I'm tempted to go up to the $50 for beta access. I've loved battletech since I've been a kid, and I hope it's a great game. I bought Shadowrun: Dragonfall, SR:DF director's cut, and I backed SR: Hong Kong. So far I haven't been disappointed in Harebrained Schemes and Jordan Weisman has been one of my favorite designers for quite a while. Also, today's update about their plans for the

I don't have a problem paying with there being two charges for data, one on the senders end and one on the receivers end. However, I don't think ISP should be allowed to charge a toll for senders to access receivers and basically there is three charges for the data - one for the sender, one for the receiver, and toll on the sender from the receivers ISP because the receiver doesn't have any other options of accessing the internet. So yeah if Netflix is setti

[quote who="gevansmd" reply="42" id="3522101"] I wrote the last part of my above comnment very poorly. WHat I meant was this: Proponents of net neutrality say without it companies like Netflix will be able to buy higher bandwidth, leaving others in the slow lane. In fact the opposite is true. Netflix fears that without net neutrality they will be CHARGED higher rates for the amount of bandwidth they use. Now if your ISP has to update their infrastructur

Well if nothing is done, I can guarantee the ISPs will increase your bill. </div

I just don't understand most of the points of view in this thread. Currently we have a cartel of enormous companies that have proved they cannot self regulate. It is also nearly impossible for anyone except for another enormous company to come in and even attempt to compete against them. Even if somebody won this week's huge powerball jackpot and decided to take all of their winnings and open up an ISP, even with hundred of millions of dollars in they couldn't compete. To compete

How transparent are the companies that they are trying to regulate? Probably not nearly as transparent as the FCC. It's not like the FCC took a perfectly functioning market that stood as a paragon of capitalism and decided to mess it up, because that's what government does best. They decided to take on an oligopoly that doesn't like to compete with each other, that in general just try to squeeze their customers, because they can since very little real compet

Instead of Title II what I would like to see is local loop unbundling of all wired connections to the home - copper telephone wires, coax, and fiber, and then these assets combined into a single nonprofit corporation, where the shareholders were the people connected to the system. If Comcast, Time Warner, Suddenlink, Cox, (on the tv side) AT&T, Verizon, Frontier, CenturyLink, (on the phone side) and Google all compted with each other, y\I'm sure competitive forc

I started out playing as the commander and noticed the following -First time ever, I saw enemy units moving (archers) into the same square. At first I thought it might be a new feature, but then I remembered bug reports I've seen before about this. -My bear isn't showing up in the party select on the main page. -The bear's icon is a blank gray circle without a portrait. -It says the bear is one of the SK's lieutenants.

I'm fine with creating a default way to deploy. Then when you have the battle options it could be like autoresolve, engage, deploy. That way if there was a specific threat you need to do something different with your units, you'd have the option, otherwise if would go with your generic deployment scheme.

Disney has done a great job with the Marvel movies in my opinion, but I think the new Star Trek movies are horrible Star Trek movies, and only decent action movies. So I'm kinda expecting the worst.

You mentioned time slices/ticks. Have you considered an action point system similar to many other games with tactical combat (like shadowrun:dragonfall or xcom:enemy within)? Right now my sovereign can move 4 hexes if nothing blocks his movement and then he can do an attack. What I would like to see is that everything has a tick/time slice cost. So if a round has 20 ticks, then moving one hex costs 5 ticks, doing a basic slashing attack costs 10 ticks, casting a basic s

Here's what I like First I like Elemental: fallen something, like fallen enchantress, it uses what you already established and can build on it Elemental: Fallen (whatever) ex. Elemental: Fallen empires; Elemental: Fallen heros; Elemental: Fallen warriors; Elemental: Fallen age; Elemental Fallen mages; etc Next I just like elemental and a second name; elemental might be damaged right now, but I think a sequel if its

I think you should continue expanding on FE:LH. More patches, DLCs, and hopefully one final expansion. Hold off on your other games for a while. Those games will all need to be 64-bit only, Win 7 and higher games, played via steam. So waiting will just let more of the market meet those requirements. Plus maybe if you have a good idea for one of your new games, (diplomacy for example in GC:3) just work a version of the idea into FE:LH:Exp and test it out.

Give me a +/- button on the minimap and tile info screen on the lower right and one on the faction power chart on the upper right (just like for units, cities, and quests).

1) On the main map, I would love to have arrows on the city info, army info, and outpost info bar on the lower left hand. That way, I could click through all my cities, rushing, changing production etc, without ever leaving the strategic screen. Manage my armies, etc. 2) Give me those same arrows on the outpost upgrade screen. The screen that takes you away from the strategic screen. 3) Give me an upgrade all choice for elemental temples/shrines and also for outpost upgrades.<

I'd like to do a mod that has those two features, a higher penalty for cities that aren't contiguous to your capital (like maybe a 25% or 30% unrest penalty instead of the current 15% penalty), slower roads (2 or 3 moves instead of 4), and no trade route treaties. So you would either have to build roads yourself, or have an uninterrupted set of boarders up to a neighbor before a road would appear. Ideally, if an outpost is cut off by An intervening city or outpost getting captur

My goal isn't to limit the number of outposts, what I'm seeking is a Max distance between outposts back to other outposts or cities. I would like to make expansion a little harder and a little more gradual. No more Sending a settler half way across the map to grad some resources with an outpost.

Is it possible to limit the "free" roads to cities and outposts to territory inside of a player's boarders only? I hate when I capture a city completely across the map, then suddenly a road appears from my territory to enemy territory. Also is it possible to limit an outpost so that it can't be built more than 5-10 tiles away from current cities and outposts? Thanks for the help.
