Patch 1.09o was released on Thursday 12/2/2010 Resolved Issues: 1. Fixes an issue where animals won't attack cities (looks like combat will start but then it ends without combat). 2. Fixed a crash when clicking on the game concepts or walkthru entries in the Hiergamenon. 3. You can no longer drink some quest items (like the magic flute). 4. Storm now correctly has a mana cost. 5. Sorry all. The beta build isn't passing QA. Even though it is just a beta, and issues are to be expected, it has stability issues we want to address before releasing. We are pushing the release until tomorrow to give the developers some time to investigate. I apologize to those who have been patiently waiting, we have more work to do on our end first.

We have been hard at work on the 1.1 patch. Today we built an internal alpha which went to our testers and they began reporting issues, bugs, etc. Our feature list isn't completely implemented yet, there are still a few things to checkin but I expect that they will be all in by Monday.
