Yes, we didnt update the version string. But please verify that the ZoC issue is fixed.
*** RELEASED 1/10/2018 *** Fixes Fixes an issue where Zone of Control lines don't draw in game within game (ie: if you load a game while playing). Huge thanks to our graphics developer Jesse Brindle for jumping into the code and figuring out what was going on!
Not a simple fix, I'm going to get some dev time to dig into it. But I'm putting the patch out without the fix until the dev becomes available (the dev team is pretty busy with Star Control at the moment).
I have been able to repro the ZoC issue. We are looking at options today.
Unfortunately that is beyond my skill. ill ask one of the devs to take a look at it this week if i can repro it

We were able to repro the missing zoc issue. We are looking at it here. We will keep you updated and thanks for the feedback.
I can't promise because I know we have tried to repro that before and haven't been able to. But I'm going to see if I can try to repro and fix it. I have some notes for other issues you guys have posted here that I'm going to check out too.
We updated FE:LH yesterday to remove the registration popup the first time you play the game. Nothing in the game changed so we didn't update the version number. Sorry if it caused any confusion. We are planning an update for FE:LH to add support for 4k and 5k monitors. So expect to see an update soon.

Yes, this is fixed in the latest update. But just as Primal_Savage mentioend you will need to start a new game to get the change.
