I have a local spell file with a bunch of spells for testing things, one is called Gobsmack, it wins every tactical battle. So no, there isn't a cheat key for it. I use a modded spell that only unlocks when I use Ctrl+E.

There is a minimum hit chance. I believe it is 5%. So you should always hit 1 out of 20 times. Assuming those algoriyhms are working correctly that is the design intent.

Im not seeing this. Is anyone else? For me the autocast spells are at the top of the queue (so no action bar for them, spells don't have actions). The spells trigger. Then it goes onto the next unit, their action bar is displayed and life is good.

All of the refined techs (like Refined Agriculture) are "infinite", they can be researched multiple times and give their benefit each time they are researched. Not seeing Resoln in your empire list may be related to an issue that is fixed in the next patch where oyu can contact other factions form seeing their lands, but you wont be truely connected to them (so they wont show up in your faction list).
I have 171 hours logged. You have to remember that we catch a lot of errors here, but some do get through. We appreciate your helping in getting the rest (though I understand from your perspective it looks like we miss 100% of the errors you see).
