Ive removed it as loot. It was a disappointing find.
Fixed, thanks. I removed the ability, we dont cycle through all your units equipment when doing resource calculations which is why it doesn't work.
Its a random item you get form that quest. We could set a specific item, but I think its more interesting if its open to whatever happens.

It may cause itching.
You are welcome to try to get the AI faction to surrender, but not within X turns of your last diplomatic contact (ie: declaring war). That X value is xml defined and currently set to 10 turns. I may have been confusing in my prior post, I didnt say you couldnt get contact if you were at war, I just said that the "to busy" check didn't happen unless you were at war.
Fixed in the next patch. The exploit was that you could decalre war against weak players then force them to give you money for peace, repeat forever. The fix is a fairly simple one. From now on the "to busy" check only happens if you are at war. If you aren't at war then you can contact them as many times as you want.
Yeah, I think that's a great idea. I'll enter an enhancement request for it. Thanks.
let me know which ones are problematic. (ill check out the ignys bow and web sfx).
- a "go there" button to transport the view to resource improvements that are destroyed Yeah, this is on the list. Not a game breaker issue, but an improvement for sure. - an item vault, shop option or item teleport spell to move items between heroes (even at a gildar or mana cost) No. The problem with this option is that incents "item sharing" (ie: give the item to hero 1, fight a battle, give it to hero 2). Or I use the sword
As Seanw3 more wittingly implied. Its not the new game, or even a reinstall of the game will fix it. You custom sovereign is the issue, he was made before the quest change so he doesn't have it. You will have to delete him and make a new custom sovereign.

Thanks for the feedback, im going through the list now.
Fixed, thanks.
Got it, I already have a bug in on the AI being able to stack non-stackable spells. I tohught the screenshot was from a player instance (a new issue). We will look into it, thanks.
Done, thanks.
Fixed, thanks.
Fixed, thanks.
I'm not sure how you are getting multiple burning blades on a unit. Is this only happening on AI units, from your screenshot it looks like Magnar is your unit.
Yeah, the problem is your sovereign is really old and hasn't been updated through all the lastest changes. I'd recommend deleting your soverieng and creating a new version to get the latest updated (and to make this issue go away).
Not sure why you are seeing that, it works correctly for me (plays its particle and dissapears). Is anyone else seeing this?
Fixed, thanks.
Rebalanced, thanks.
