davrovana is right, this is an ai thing and it happens starting on hard because that's the difficulty i use and i've seen it many times.

I can confirm that snaking, riverbridge and swamp tiles all three work with d&w with no problems by themselves.
@tmonberg They are meant to be that way, the description of their racial trait says they can only build that outpost upgrade.
I've seen ogre camps and mercenary camps, and same as Davrovana i think i recall seeing some upgraded mines but im not completely clear about it either. The ai will build the basic versions of everything that's for sure but not sure about upgrades, for example i've seen the custom shards in d&w but never the upgrades.

Hey Davrovana, i was going to try the update and i found a little bug, when i begin the game with the mod on my cities have 3 "phantom" buildings, they take 1 season and have no graphics whatsoever.
I agree, vanilla game has only a few traits and not all of them useful. I choose fast all the time, like you said thing is just too op, finesse is pretty good for sword users and bloodthirsty for everything except late game empires(since they get it for free at their fortress), precision is cool for archers and mages most of the time. I do not however use charge or defender at all, and i only use dodge traits with wraiths in which case balance is good but the one that gives +1
Maybe prevent the construction of consulate and similar buildings? The Tyrannical one could be +5% unrest and -0.2 fame per turn or something? or maybe a growth penalty?
That's an interesting subject you have here, im gonna put some thought into real and useful ideas for this. However right now i would like to say that there are some of the vanilla improvements that are simply not useful for me and i never pick them. well im gonna throw my grain of salt and say that i use both blood&mana and DW 0.5 together with no issues, one of the things i recall i had to do was adding the changes ds raider made to champions into the core libraries because they take priority over loose xml it seems. Other than that i don't recall having other mayor incompatibilities, if i remember something else ill post it here. Thanks to both of you guys for sharing your work with us!!!.

I also noticed the towers thingy, basically any ranged attack against a tower freezes the battle, i disabled the towers in my own game and the mod works wonderfully now.
Hi Davrovana, i think i found a bug with the growth building( level 6 town ) it doesn't provide 25% growth as advertised, i only get a 1% growth thingy in my towns, also i noticed you used a 1.25 prestige tag in the xml, might be the reason for it not working. Thanks for this!, i still haven't been able to get a conclave to level 6, tough to level them up xD.

I always wondered why there weren't any assassin traits for unit design, that said i think these new armor should be unique to the hashaini or at least to some factions like say Tarth and maybe the Wraith. You can attack caravans, but they are just a nuisance. in older versions the ai spammed world spells on them wasting their mana, its supposed to be fixed but i haven't really paid attention to them.

These tags are used by custom abilities that the new races have or the new items for example: Axe of duality *If user is Celestial and target isn't: +1 arcane attack per user level and stuff like that, most of these are invisible to the player anyways, however some of them such as immortal and not living are visible like traits.
