I played the scenario. Crushed every faction up until only 1 Yithril city remained and the entire eastern continent was mine. Won by entering the Forge. I am not sure if I understand you. Yes, Research adds all your cities (and unit bonusses) from research additive upon each other. I will assume you think that the research timer decreasing only 1 per turn is not working as you would think it would, correct? If so: The timer only decreases 1 per turn because the total research time for the research (e.g. Leatherworking) is concluded from your total research in the top left corner of the screen. 17. Adepts Faction Trait is described as: "Can upgrade Shard Altars to Shrines" (because it unlocks "Shard Harvesting") but due to the recent change to it this is no longer true. Ah that explains it. I was thinking along the lines of the level 7 city but if you say so. I assume it has been fixed?
It was stated earlier in the Beta that the Starting points/tiles will not be balanced at all.
Correct. Sometimes in this Moria Wildland there are river tiles that are classified as scarred tiles. You must clear all lairs and loots within that land. You do not need to kill any of the monsters.
I can confirm that the achievement didn't unlock. Which is said, because it is the last one not to unlock. Please fix this with the new version!
So today I walked into my first replicable crash. The game is the Scenario and I am Altar as per definition. I am employing a little army and started invading the other continent. I walked into Resolns capital Hagudst which was LEVEL 7 . So curious me decided to click on it and open the "Details"tab. Silly me! The game crashed. Hm I can see the point towards not wanting to specialize in a Weapon before endgame. I think I thought about that too. So that would mean we would be better off putting those specialized stuff into the backlines of the tree ? Actually I am playing the Scenario right now and whenever I would wander into Resolns territory I would get hit by 1 strategic spell every turn. Freeze, Tremor even Falling star, and many more.
So nobody wants to provide some more feedback or other additions to this topic? Am I alone in my opinion that the current trait tree definately needs streamlining?

I can confirm this issue.
Wasn't there a thread about "not" building anything and it was discovered by that OP that the game actually couldn't display 1 Turn queues? So the AI could be building something, but it would only show during turn advancement.
