Thank you for the info Parrottmath, this is extremly valuable.

(seriously...why is stun waaaaay at the end of a line of stuff I'd never otherwise want?) 4) If you give me a level10 champion....let ME pick the 10 traits he has. 5) Undo the XP split, or otherwise make it worthwhile to use more champions. 6) Better access to good items. Maybe a special NPC shop where you can buy a few cool things? Maybe
Allright! I think I must be keeping too many cities around then, although I focus on having at least one commander with administrator III and lots of unrest reduction buildings in every cities. Getting a fortress high enough level to get the global -30% unrest is pretty long and usually the game is over before I can reach it. I'll go with Publius advice and raze more then... but I like having dem cities :'(
0.80 is the version I like the most from LH so far. A lot have been done to fix bugs, improve the AI, help heroes out ... It's almost possible to have "normal" diplomatic relations with your neighbours, to benefit from trades, wage wars and make peace. It still needs a lot of improvment for the AI to be less schizophrenic and warmongering-happy when your faction power is too low. I have seen pioneers and AI armies gettin

Couldn't agree more with you Praylak. Would be nice to have an "are you sure" pop-up. "I declare war" is so close to "Propose trades" it is dangerous. (never misclicked it but I can see it happenning some time). On the subject of items that should be fixed before launch, literally: Would be nice to have it updated with the new berserker ability, +2 attack +2 initiative, losing control t
Agreed. A easier/firendlier way to cast the same spell on multiple units at the same time would be appreciated.
It depends what do you mean by "bosses" ? If you mean Abeix, Torax, Veitrar and the like, then no. If you mean other monsters groups coming from the wildlands of bosses like let's say, deadly armies of Earth elementals, then yes.
Yes I agree that the most reasonable option would have these units fighting to their death I fishined Xcom:EU several times, watched some playthrough as well from the older version and the latest released version. Ever played Warhammer? There was an ability called frenzy. Basically the "berserk" we have, except you would lose its benefit when your unit would "lose a round of combat" to make things simple. Was merely pointing out at an alternative.
Bump. We could really benefit from more opinions on the matter. This is another lasting topic inherited from FE. Many players deactivates the SoM victory right now and for good reason. SoM victory should feel like an achievement, not an easy way out. The Beta is the perfect time to implement and try out changes and tweaks for it.
Yep, put this idea forward a couple of times in other threads. These units should stay and fight until every enemy is annihilated or until they die. Alternativly they could lose the berserk effect if too low (regaining consciousness over the massacre). While certainly not the most pressing matter at hand and not necessarily noticeable (unless playing as Trogs or fighting them), this would really add consistency to the game.
Two more bugs that I have noticed: 1) Resoln building Tower of the Padars while it has already built it: 2) Receiving resources from captured cities /outpost while not possessing the technology:
[quote who="Sanati" reply="22" id="3339324"] You are aware that the AI gets a massive advantage on ridiculous right? The more you ramp up their difficulty the less they have to worry about monsters. I really don't like most of the outposts upgrades and almost never uses them. Building a consulate takes as much hammer as building the Great Mill. It seems like I always have better things to do in my cities ( production, research, food per city, gildar, units...) I just never have time to build them. Most of them comes so late that it does not really matter. The only ones that I might build is High tower or Consulate and are very very situational, since building another pioneer o
[quote who="Foxd1e" reply="8" id="3338888"] I like the bad random events, they sure do ramp up the difficulty of the game tho. Especially Curgen's Revenge or whatever it's called that adds all those new tough wandering monsters. A potential good random event could be a Golden Age that a faction enters into with added growth and prosperity. Pretty much bonuses to income, growth, and tile yields for a set number of turns. Faction oriented influx events- Altar
As stated above, everytime the AI or yourself loose troops, it/you drop points in power rating. If this faction is not at war then the loss can only come from monsters. I only have recently started to take screenshots to exemplify my points. I'm afraid that for the time being I don't have any clearer screenshots for the second and main problem which we discuss right now, although the 1st problem concerning the stacking of monsters with AI units is not to be forgotten. Yep, it feels like the -30 to accuracy is not applying. I've been rolling around with a couple of Tarth heroes recently, but I witnessed them miss some attacks on their double strike ability, just not very often.

Glad We are talking about this issue. IMO it is one of the most important bug to adress in order to iron up the gameplay experience IG. I've encountered this bug in every version of FE and LH so far. Sometimes it does not bear major consequences apart from a gamebreaking bug which should cost one or the other stack of monster&ruffians or AI' army. On other times though, it really ruins the gameplay. For instance I had an issue were a friendly AI caravan was

It all feels underwhelming considering the amount of work poured into leveling them. [quote who="Sythion" reply="79" id="3338158"] None of this is relevant, because even with all the xp boosts you will never be 3 levels higher with the boosts than you would be without. At low levels you might accomplish +2 levels above base, but that will soon turn to +1. You are giving up 3 traits for 1-2 traits and a level up bonus or two. Traits are more valuable than level up bonuses (unless you are trying to do something stupid, like use your champions as combata
