thanx for the update! I've asked Heavenfall about compatibility and it seems like there's some compatibility work to be done in regards to the new units this mod adds. you could check the "female henchman mod" thread for details :)
at least the AI can settle cities in FE :D

I had just forgot you also need training tech since they come with a wooden shield :D
I know that, I have the tech researched but no defenders buildable edit: k, found the issue, you also need training for the shield.
not sure, how do you hide a unit? if I check under edit -> show hidden design they're not there either :/

this whole thing seems to be taken out of proportion imo. devs made the right choice here, as otherwise the restriction would become way less meaningful and city placement decisions easier. it's solid design, and citysnakes are godawful... in the future they could come up with a system similar to civ5 culture expansion which would be nice, but for now I think it's fine. want a lumbermill? settle next to forest. there's a better

I find I'm having a hard time choosing how to specialize my cities and always end up with mostly towns, with fortresses on the outer borders. how do you guys choose city spec wisely?

Sean, can your unit designs be used with vanilla/stormworld also or do they include MA only traits?
