Installed win 8.1, got all of the updates then installed classicshell... Now I have Win 7 turbo+. Boots much faster, runs much faster, and although I don't know if games run faster, they certainly look much better. The graphics in games now seem more HD and crisper. I might not end up with win 10 for free, but I'm sure they will give

It's sods law isn't it? You find a game that you are really enjoying and the ********** thing crashes. I am not accustomed to crashes, my machine playing a variety of games on max settings without problems. It was a clean crash to desktop with no error messages. Has anyone else experienced a CTD while playing SK, and if so have you found the cause? I know it's beta, but....... :)

My Sir Kael is pretty deadly now. I gave him all the neat stuff. In fact my whole party is good, and I have a yeti. I wish Bailey looked different to all of the other dogs. Give him a collar or something. My problem now, is that I have just had a CTD, now what am I suppose to do?

If you can find a way to get the player to love their characters, to become attached to their characters, to care about what happens to their characters. Then that's 50% of your immersion, right there.

Those looters and robbers are a bit thick aren't they? They keep attacking me in their one's. A lot of rubbish goes through steam these days, and a lot of people get their fingers burned with pre-orders as well as early access. So you have a wealth of paranoia and suspicion, while a lot of customers try to weed out the wheat from the chaff. If your games good then they will settle down...........and pay the going price. ;)

I suppose it would be okay if you had some option to lengthen the time (pace of the game), to suit you type of play. So if the game felt rushed to you personally, you could lengthen the time to something more casual.

Personally I will be waiting to see what Das24680 has to say about the game before I consider purchase. He is pretty good at getting the feel of the game over to the viewers.
