SD really pulled back from what snaking used to be in the betas. They didn't want to have the player gain an advantage over the AI by being able to snake out to resources like Forests and Rivers for extra bonuses. The Campaign from Fallen Enchantress is being added to Legendary Heroes in the upcoming 1.4 update. As for the sandbox mode, there are several different elements to the play style. Examples are: Heroes are attained through Fame (a new resource) instead of found scattered around the map Each weapon type has a different special attack Encumbrance has been stripped away from armor Influence has been stripped away.

Two balance items: The Summoned Wisp: I think the wisp is quite powerful. Imo, the flavor and feel of a wisp should be frail, mystical, elusive... and well, a bit of a trickster. Currently, the existing wisp is pretty tanky and can even dish out quite the punishment in the form of attack damage. Update 2 Still playing my modded game. Settled a city right beside an Underdroth Lair (I know...not the smartest thing), but I figured I'd toss in 5 units into the city for defense and be able to squeek out a win if the Underdroth attacks. Only thing is my troops DON"T show up for battle! The city militia is there...and get the butts whooped. Good Morning I'm on a mission for a bit here. FE:LH 1.3 ends up crashing on my computer from time to time and I'm not quite sure why. To further my understanding, perhaps narrowing down towards the culprit of the crash, I am going to post 2 debug.err files. They both are only of the game's load, ei: to the main menu screen.
