Has anybody compiled a list of all the heroes and their traits? Or is this available in the game somewhere?

I think bears killing dragons is hilarious and therefore should be left in.
Having each hero have their own preset chances of attributes going up each level would add to their uniqueness, too. They'd have their own general trend of attribute increases while still advancing uniquely each time.
What do the masses think about getting two picks per level? As it is, it seems like levelling takes longer than it did in FE, anyway...maybe we should get more bang for the buck. If one gets two picks, they can choose to use one for XP upgrade, and one to use on a skill that's actually immediately useful, too. Or they can pour it all into line if they please. I also kind of like the idea of some small (+1) passive base attribute upgrades, maybe somewhat randomly
Unfortunately I didn't buy Fallen Enchantress through Steam. That would make this all very easy!
Drats! Awesome mods, btw!

When I click the link in Frogboy's original post about the map DLC being available, the page gives me the following message: " Purchase the Map Pack DLC from Steam Our records indicate that you purchased Fallen Enchantress from a third party distributor. Please purchase the Map Pack from Steam. " The problem: this isn't true. When I try to purchase the map dlc from th
I''ve logged out and back in to Stardock numerous times to buy the game manually and get the familiar error: DLC Parent Product Required We're sorry, but it appears that you didn't purchase or receive Fallen Enchantress from Stardock. To purchase the Map Pack DLC, please visit one of our partners I'm not sure if it makes a difference to solving this problem, but I purchased Elemental in early 2011 directly from Stard
I'll just give a big "ditto" to what most others have said. I don't care about static maps at all. More content, please! Monsters, champions, options for factions and sovereigns, quests, etc. etc. I'll most likely buy whatever dlcs and expansions you release as a sign of support for the franchise, as I love this game more than any other game that has come out in the past ten years. I'm anxious to see how the game develops. If the map dlc i
Agreed! Having a button to press is not intuitive. Every world resource you control belongs to a city. Use the city build UI.
Actually, this!
The title says it all, really. Ideally, one shortcut for resources and one for outposts. It becomes a real pain to hunt these all down. I'm assuming somebody will let me know if this already exists in some way and I'm just unaware...
Not that there's much competition, but E:FE is easily the best 4X fantasy game ever made, and it's not even finished yet. I voted excellent.
That fixed it! You just saved me $1000! Huzzah!
What's funny is that it's not a gamebreaker at all (I'm amazed at how this game has developed, btw). However, I'm ridiculous and will probably get a better computer just to fix this issue!
This isn't actually particular to .952...it has been a problem throughout the beta. The graphics for the character never appear in the character selection screen. Also, when monsters jibber jabber things at the player, their graphics don't appear. There's just the eternal inky black void. It looks like this: <
It's not the same thing at all, resurrection always comes at a cost, either for the one performing the resurrection, or for the resurrectee. A few turns downtime and a slight penalty to some stats doesn't make the consequences of defeat feel really significant. Fighting the same villain over and over again isn't fun, this isn't a comic. And fighting an increasingly more handicapped hero repeatedly is hardly fun either. D
I would be in favor of there always being a chance of a hero dying. Perhaps starting at 10% chance and going up 10% per defeat, up to 90% max. While I find it comical that a hero can get repeatedly beat to shit without dying, it's very strange they can't ever die. If this messes with the current AI setup, then maybe the AI setup needs to change? I would be ok with rare items granting immortality, or maybe a choice few heroes possessing immortality. T

Hey, that screenshot looks familiar!

I realize none of these are original suggestions, but I just wanted to toss in my .02 about a couple things I think would make the game better (it's already pretty awesome) 1) I really like the injury system for champions. However, I think it should be extended to the sovereign as well, and there should be some chance for both sovereigns and champions to actually die. Also, healing of injuries (maybe over a time period based on Constitution?) would be good.
I'd also like to add that I played a bit of MOM recently, and think this FE beta is a lot more fun...
I'd like to add that FE always has something fun to do, whether it be hitting up goodie huts, choosing upgrades to cities and champions, or designing units to fit your needs. The variety of monsters, art style and flavor text also add immensely to the pure FUN factor this game already has. I also am not a powergamer, but love 4x games...there are probably more of us!
