Some short impression after around 50 seasons playing a small map on normal with 3 oppenents: - with altar and the 10materials at the beginning, pacing was perfect. Everytime I had something to build or train. - UI is so much better. I got the informations i need without great rummaging. <p

@Cari Besides the Bug in 1.09n (ZOC is smaller after loading a savegame) the ZOC expansion needs more work. Sry ;) :) In my opinion it grows too fast (by city lvl.up etc.), so that the possibility to influence your ZOC by developing/building my city in a certain direction (maybe to catch a ressource) has no real relevance. Its too bad, because i love the idea/possibility... *I hope its understandable* :)
Because the tactical battles are not really improved. Frogboy sayed that they create a new system for the first exp. My first impressions: - UI is much more intuitive.very good - some mouse over - texts are not right. (next idle town and spell-research for exsample) - Monsters are much more agressive. Nice, but hard. - I like the way ZOC expandes in the direction i build my city. But after loading a savegame the ZOC is decreased...

I noticed that too. And i could use created sov. for a new map only after reloading. (Yes, i saved them)
