that's weird. I haven't experienced that one yet. thanks for the video. that should really help the devs.

yes, it's a bug. It seems to be with the command ability like you surmised. I have had the same issue....although it made my really hard battle very easy. [e digicons]O:)[/e]
Not sure if this is a bug, but when I have an army selected an mouse over a location to see how many turns it will take to reach it, the marker is not always correct. For example, I mouse over a notable location and it said one turn to get there so, kinda surprised as I thought it should have been two turns, I clicked to walk there. As I'm walking, the marker decides to change it's mind and it changes to two turns in the middle of my armies hike to the location.
well, lucky for me it was a battle that I didn't think I was going to win. The enemy never stood a chance. How I totally underestimated the power of the "command" skill [e digicons]^_^[/e]
So I encountered my first big (and kinda funny bug) in LH. I had one of my heroes use the command that allows another unit to immediately take a turn (forget the actual name, sorry). Instead of the unit taking the turn, my hero got to go again, then again, and again, and again.....until i ran around the map killing every last enemy. Now that is some overpowered glitch [e digicons]:D[/e] . After that I checked on my research, and some of the titles of
I agree. The game just became a pretty awesome game. Great work on Stardock's part. Other than some issues with unit placement in certain battles being awful and the swarm mechanic being a bit unbalanced (though there are some very nice suggestions on this part from players already) the game has really really started to become my go-to game for fun.
the shrines built by Ceresa glitch telling me the creature spawn is maxed out. I then have to shut down the game and reload to fix it. It will be three seasons away from producing a creature and then all of a sudden it says maxed out and stops producing. Reloading, does make it continue. Also, my cities do the same thing when it comes to growth using extra food. I had 100 extra food and zero growth because the city thought that I had zero food. A save and r
I have to agree Mhantra. so far all the factions have been super nice to me. They keep giving me good trades and wanting to be all nice; I guess it does help that my power level is a good bit above theirs. I haven't had any problems with monster AI bee lining for my stuff either. so far I have really enjoyed this release. sure there are some balance things and bugs but for some reason I haven't had the same experience as ksarrow.
In my game my cursor sometimes doesn't match up to the terrain it is hovering over. It fails to "snap to the grid" and sometimes causes my units to move to squares that I definitely did not want them to move into. It is really finicky too, I'll have to work kinda hard to get the cursor to highlight the correct square.
I made sure not to fight any battles with ranged units when I was powering up my death shard creatures. lol. now they are very powerful. plus I level as fast as possible and "rush" to get black magic mastery. I then up my initiative on my sov. so I get some massive weakening spells fired off on the enemy. things like mass curse render all armor useless so those late game powerhouses fall quickly before my units.
well, I can't speak for the other shard types yet, but in my game playing this faction my death shard has summoned at least four creatures. I now have an army of creatures that add to their numbers when they kill something. they get powerful very quickly if you play them wisely in a tactical battle. My other shards haven't finished the shrines yet so I can't say anything about those yet.
i believe the issue cropped up after I built the docks in that city. after that I noticed the issue. it was growing fine before that. On an updated note: I just reloaded my game and for some reason, shutting down the game and restarting it fixed the issue. my city is now growing properly again. so apparently it is a bug of some sort.
thanks impinc. i knew that and did that. two turns later i'm still at 80 excess food and zero growth. i'm beginning to think it's a bug. if no one else is having this issue than maybe i just need to re download and try the install again.
I had just finished building 2 different food increasing buildings and researched 2 different food producing techs so that my city would grow. in the city details screen I had 80 excess food for growth and my city was still saying I didn't have any food.
Not sure if this is a bug, but I have a city who's growth is at zero even though I've got 80 food coming into the city. It says growth capped at zero due to low food supply.
Just wanted to say thanks to Stardock for all the hard work they are putting into this game. Wanted to recognize those who are taking this game in the right direction. I continue to cheer you all on. Really looking forward to what is coming down the pipe next. The game keeps getting better and better. Thanks [e digicons]|-)[/e]
1. I like the faction differentiation that is taking place. So far I loved my game as Gilden (i'm drawing a blank here, I think that's the name; the faction with the unique hammers and plate). Had a blast playing them. 2. I like the change to champions "decreasing" the xp received if there are multiple heroes in an army. 3. I love the changes to the weapons (I actually have to make a decision as to what type of fighter I want to be (one who counters,
personally, I really like the game. I think it is going in a great direction! I can't wait for the other betas to see what is coming down the pipe. Keep up the great work Stardock. Love love love the faction differences that you are adding. I love to play each race and have them feel different. With the bug fixes coming up and the balancing and all the extra goodies coming as well I'm very excited. Keep going going Stardock!
I killed all the spiders. The quest doesn't complete and the original quest start location is still on the map, but inactive. No new quest locations have spawned for this quest so it is impossible to continue.
My sovereign is using a sword with the maul ability. Now I feel a bit too powerful. My accuracy is 130+ so I hit a good 10+ times in a row averaging 11 damage a hit. Are other weapons as comparably powerful or is this just a bit too much?
As soon as the fight with Abeix begins he casts the fear spell/aura and then his animation locks up. Everything else is still moving but he locks up completely and does not finish his turn rendering the battle completely unplayable.
yes that is true (however, if they are not supposed to stalk you then there is no reason not to explore where you can). If they are supposed to behave in the manner i reported than you are completely correct.
hmmm. didn't realize that they are going to hunt you down. so it's not a bug huh? well, i'll be avoiding those places like the plague until i'm seriously more powerful. thanks for the info. with all the change logs and updates I miss some of the ways things are supposed to work. In fact, I posted this in the general section and a few other players told me it was a bug. lol. seems like we need a beta manual [e digicons]:D[/e
I've been playing the .90 version and am really enjoying it so far. I like the changes that have been made quite a bit. However, I discovered a group of Scrap Golems with one of those really big Iron Golems I think, very early on in my explorations. They were in the Quest Zone the Scraplands (I think that was its name) at the very entrance. So I quickly beat a hasty retreat. However, they decided to follow me, but I easily outdistanced them as I was usi
