well, you would have to disable that spell as well most likely, or give people a limited number of chances to cast it - could the ai handle being able to cast it only 3 times ? hmm.
If pioneers are completely removed, it would be best to completely remove the spell. Otherwise, the field is skewed in favor of one race, or any other created race tht gets the same trait.

Really now? That is awesome, I didn't even realize. I noticed champions sap my XP so I just assumed the armies do too... Well now, I am DEFINITELY going to use armies to back up my super sov now... well, I will try at least they might still be too far
Quoting Glazunov1, reply 13Myself, I prefer the idea of a leveling curve for heroes and sovereigns that becomes much steeper after a certain point Yes, absolutely. Not a hard cap, because these are disheartening, but if all levels above 15 took A LOT longer, it would be only for the better.
I'm thinking level 10, but then, I'm inherently vicious. :)
Quoting Glazunov1, reply 9Is this an exploit, or simply some people utilizing a different strategy to win? I think that needs to be considered. Whichever it is, heroes need to be brought down, so that trained units can shine. To much work has gone into cities and units to make using heroes so much more effective than anything else.
I wouldn't argue with that. I only question whether tre

Maybe you should work on your reading comprehension. I am very careful to say what versions my games have been in. Given that the latest version nerfs everything but heroes, I am pretty confident in saying that I can still win the game without cities.
Just that. I'd created several customized sovereigns over time, but I can no longer find a button to remove them. It's not a big deal, but I just want to keep them from overwhelming the standard kimgdom and empire opponents when setting up a new game.

Bioware, though, has been moribund long before they joined the Dark Side. They fell into cookie cutter mode with the original KotoR. I remember interviewing Muzyka after BG2 appeared, the sheer enthusiasm he (and the other physicians who formed the original company) had. They wanted to translate the experience of AD&D from their gaming sessions to computerized games, and it took them forever, at first. Before BG1 appeared, they were considered prime vaporware count
