Yes I was planning on having lairs and ruins in future versions since they were in MoM. Now that 1.1 is out hopefully I can do more with this.

Things are a bit slow while 1.1 is being released, Elemental is no where near enough ready to be modded yet as there is much to be improved. But I have released a few mini-mods, the most recent being an artifact one to make notable locations more interesting. Check them out while you are waiting. Larienna is also doing the design document right now, it is a major undertaking and takes a long time. So 'visible' work won't move forward much until it is close to being finished.</

Hello, I cannot search the forums right now. Ubuntu or Windows XP, Firefox 3+. Does anyone else have this problem?
That is too bad, they really need that ability. One of many improvements the magic system desperately needs.
Is there a way to say choose a random effect block in a spell? So one of 3 things could happen randomly?

1. Bringing back a Spell Skill stat of some sort is needed. Whether it is separate or based on INT can be determined. 2. Making non-sovereign heroes that can cast more rare would be a good thing, they should be valuable.

I agree. As a fan of Master of Magic, I enjoy powerful and unique heroes. Hopefully that will change in future versions, or it will have to be modded in .
