control panel -> add/remove program isn't that the "proper" way since win9x?! ---- how did win8 know what your live id pw is?!

..minimalist would be voice controlled only.
haven't paid attention.. but did they actually file suit? or is it more like a quiet word in the background between chums?
some of the games with online contents sound as though no one will be playing them online down the line. so you might get them cheap. but you might be missing out on the mp portion. depends on how much you care about mp i guess?

And the bus company in Tasmania called "Metro"? Or the computer repair place in Brisbane called Metro PC? Not to mention the George St. Brisbane bar called the Metro And my dress-up/going into the big city shoes... called my Metro shoes, as opposed to my stay-at-home slippers named: "
what is ozone generating clothing going to do? you don't want ozone where you are.. you want it up there. if you want it down here... just turn on a load of photocopying machine.

It's the first Windows release that disrupts the twenty year way of doing things. It makes sense that developers would hate that since they worked well with the old way, and some endusers love it because it'll force devs to start looking at better tools for programs or be left behind. some dev just don't like ie for standards issue. they won't go out of their way to support ie in that they won't fix things if it's down to ie doing things differently.
just take the easy way out like i do... lower resolution XD or get a big screen (and maybe lower resolution anyway)
if it's small, it's small. glasses doesn't help any (i'm wearing glasses anyway) ... magnifying glasses might help though... yes.. a bigger screen will help if you sit a metre away from the screen
just dcuo dlc.... mind you.. i don't even play it that much. (might have touched it for an hour in the last few months) XD
.. hey.. i use 1280x800 on my screen. default res of 1680x1050 just have the text look too small, especially when the screen is a fair bit away from my face by default. (22" screen?)
... technically.. there's no discount on rebellion whatsoever.. it's just the other 3 bits are halved.
read chricton's book called terminal man?
[quote who="starkers" reply="25" id="3175450"] The site is his store, and effectively he's requiring some patrons to contribute to it's maintenance, something customers of a 'brick and mortar' store would not tolerate. I can see it now, various stores charging an entry fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Yup, people would be inclined to shop elsewhere/stay away in droves. which just highlights what a load of rubbish this stunt is. at least make it consistent.
what... so... older than ie 7 is fine?
aren't they usually "free" closer to the time?
funny. baen has a ton of novels along these lines.. in one form or another. (flint, stirling, kratman, etc)
why privately held? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koei koei was founded in 1978... 1st game in 1983 but merged with techmo a few years ago. but it's a publicly traded company..
them jp games... translated or in original jp (if translation unavailable)?
where do you open or close a system? i see it mentioned in passing.. but can't really see it. is it even implemented yet?
well, they don't charge you for using their infrastructure to lug your juice to them. (or they charge you by paying less.. effectively) do you have some whacking big energy storage that allows you to store and use the energy at night that you generated during the day? (ie.. they effectively charge you for acting as your battery) i think in the uk, selling solar back to elec companies is basically gov subsidised (and the subsidy was slashed a while back when
